MES modules that may be offered include production reporting, OEE, downtime reporting, production scheduling, advanced planning, closed loop manufacturing, scrap reporting and job tracking. Modules pertaining to INV are also ERP modules available.

These modules available for and ERP system are raw materials inventory and tracking and inventory. TQM is another great application that can be included with an ERP system.
TQM (total quality management) addresses all of the important aspects of quality management and brings them together. TQM modules that may be available for ERP systems are quality data collection (statistical control), preventive maintenance management, calibration, CAPA (corrective and preventive action management), APQP (advanced product quality planning), PPAP (production part approval process), FMEA (failure mode effects and analysis), change management, audit management and document management.
